Tommy Brock is a shelter-less, grouchy badger and one of the secondary antagonists in the Peter Rabbit (TV Series). based on the fictional anthropomorphic character of the same name created by Beatrix Potter. Despite being a predator to Peter and his friends, he is also a rival to Mr. Tod. He hates it when his things are stolen and when is bothered. When either of those happen to him, he will want to harm the animal that did it to him. In short, he is an irritable badger who finds Peter and his friends obnoxious when they wake him up or disturb his possessions. While he is usually shelterless, he is seen sleeping inside a cave.
Tommy Brock is normally very grouchy, and bad-tempered whenever anyone disturbs him, he gets really angry. This has happened a few times when the rabbits accidentally wake him up from his naps or disturb his meals of slimy, delicious worms that he loves to eat. He normally collects old, rusted junk, trying to find a shelter, or, on one occasion, getting the rabbits to clean his smelly old boots. When he gets angry with the rabbits he doesn't eat them, he chases them. On Mum's Precious Things he has stolen everything that Peter's mother had. Unlike the other predators that harass Peter and his friends, Tommy Brock never tries to eat them.
Tommy Brock wears raggedy-looking, old clothing: a green jacket with a hat to match, and old trousers. He normally carries around a burlap sack with him.
- In "The Tale of the Uninvited Badger", Tommy Brock himself said he doesn't like the cold weather.
- He eats worms.
- He appears to be good friends with Mr. Tod, despite him chasing him around almost every time they team up.
