|Position||Peter, Mopsy, Flopsy, Cottontail's Father|
|Catchphrase||"Life is One Big Adventure"|
Fredrich "Fred" Rabbit is known as the father of Peter. Peter idolizes his father who is acknowledged as being deceased multiple times in the TV series. Exactly how he died in the TV series remains a mystery, but if it's the same as the books, he was put into a pie by Mrs. McGregor, who isn't physically present in the TV series. According to the movie, he got hit by a rake.
Although Peter's Dad's personality isn't clear or shown in the series, Peter is said to be just like his father. This means his father was just as adventurous and confident as his son. He also seems somewhat organized and very resourceful since his escape routes always seem to be in the right places at the right times.
Peter's Dad (as seen in a few photos) has light brown fur and hazel eyes. He wore a blue hoodie that was passed down to Peter soon after he died and he looks very similar to Peter, and Josephine Rabbit mentions this multiple times to Peter in the TV series. He can also write.
Being brothers, Mr. Bouncer used to go on adventures with his brother as discovered in The Tale of the Flying Rabbits. They both adventured (presumably) with Mr. Jeremy Fisher. The three seemed to be close.
Josephine and her husband had a close relationship and she and Mr. Bouncer seem to know him best. She often compares Peter's behavior to her husband.
Peter's relationship with his father was obviously good enough for Peter to be able to want to take after him. He always respects his dad's belongings that were passed down to him. Peter seems to remember his dad; he often says "Good old Dad..." when he sees something in his journal that helps him.
Flopsy's relationship with her father must have been somewhat good; She doesn't speak badly of her dad, but she disapproves of some of the adventures Peter goes on.
Mopsy most likely had a similar relationship with her father as Flopsy did. Although she also disapproves of some of Peter's adventures, she doesn't speak badly of her dad.
Since Cotton-Tail is a toddler, she probably doesn't remember much of her dad, if anything at all. Cotton-Tail still seems oblivious to having no father as it's probably normal for her,
Being friends, Jeremy used to go on adventures with Peter's dad as discovered in The Tale of the Flying Rabbits. They both adventured (presumably) with Mr. Bouncer. The three seemed to be close.
- He is only seen in photos/videos
- He presumably had less enemies than Peter does currently.
- According to Peter's Mother, he wasn't always a good digger as it took him eight tries to built their burrow because the first seven collapsed.
- He never made any of his escape routes for Rocky island.
